In most instances, these casters offer greater
capacity, while maintaining the lowest possible
overall height. Differential action helps to
reduce scrubbing when changing directions.
Because they are made from the single wheel
caster rig, cantilever-style dual wheel casters
can be field built.

the strongest possible section for
swivel bearing

Swivel Section:
3-1/4” diameter
load race. Raceways are coined
smooth and then heat treated to
minimize ball indentation and wear

Legs:
3/8” steel plate formed to
increase strength and welded to the
yoke base inside and out
•
King Bolt:
3/4” diameter heat
treated king bolt and lock nut

Axle:
3/4” diameter axle is hollow
with lock nut

Lubrication:
Zerk fitting in swivel
